Thamesgate Shopping Centre

Edinburgh House bought this centre at an attractive yield with vacant shop units. We were able to fill the units very quickly, whilst at the same time re-branding and refurbishing the centre at minimal cost to ourselves. The car park was also refurbished in return for its operational income from the Local Authority.

The centre comprises approximately 80,000 sqft of retail space occupied by key national tenants such as Wilkinsons, Superdrug, Millets, Farmfoods, Specsavers, Greggs and Lloyds TSB.
