Reedswood Retail Park

Walsall

This was originally a joint venture between Edinburgh House and developer Anglian Water Group plc. Since it opened, the retail park had a number of vacant units but we were able to get the centre fully let within 18 months. Ultimately we acquired 100% of the asset and sold it three years later for a £10 million profit.

The centre comprises just under 117,000 sqft of retail space occupied by Matalan, Focus DIY, Lidl and The Carphone Warehouse.
